Pop band Human League began life as The Future... Formed by Martyn Ware and Ian Craig Marsh plus Adi Newton (later Clock DVA), they added a singer Phil Oakey to become The Human League. All sounds made with Korg 700 and Roland System 100 synths, the earliest cheapest consumer synths available in the UK.
